Hotel 4 star entertainment 1 star stayed for 3 weeks entertainment repeater host norbay and Lewis were great but medplaya group were amateurish and repeater. Been to the Ruidor hotel for many years and the medplaya acts was the same . when they were on we went out to other hotels and venues

Weve stayed in Medplaya hotels many times and our short stay in the Riudor didnt disappoint,it was clean,food was great and the hotel is ideally situated,close to bars and restaurants.

Lovely stay
1st time at this medplaya hotel having stayed at several others. Location ideal for bars. Hotel spotless. Never heard any of entertainment as out but no complaints and would happily return

Short stay
We had a 2 night stay and was very satisfied with the whole experience, Food was hot and plenty of choice. The room was very clean and sound proof. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Great location, didnt try breakfast as we didnt get up early enough, rooms modern, clean and bright

Love this hotel
Our third Christmas and new year there and already booked 2024 for Christmas and new year. Lovely hotel, rooms kept very clean, nothing too much trouble for any members of staff. Food and entertainment improved since last year. Booked again for a quick break in June

Shame about entertainment
Hotel spotless..staff helpful and friendly. Food OK nothing to write home about. Entertainment poor..if the entertainment guy would get off his phone and interact a bit more with guests it may be helpful definitely needs looking into or a replacement found!!
