Vacaciones perfectas
Es el cuarto año que vamos a éste hotel y siempre nos vamos encantados. El trato de todo el personal desde la recepción, restauración y personal de limpieza es extraordinario siempre atentos y muy profesionales. Las instalaciones están perfectas y la ubicación perfecta al lado de la playa y en plena calle con pubs para salir por la noche. Las habitaciones aíslan bastante el ruido así que no es problema. En definitiva, sitio perfecto para disfrutar de Benidorm y repetiremos el año que viene.

Buen hotel
Es un buen hotel, las habitaciones son cómodas y el aseo es grande. La piscina es poco profunda pero es agradable y hay muchas tumbonas. El buffet libre de las mañanas es completo, con fruta, pan, mermeladas, dulces, etc. El personal es super agradable. Está situado en la zona fiestera de Benidorm pero las habitaciones están bien aisladas del ruido de fuera.

Hotel tranquilo y muy cómodo.
Es perfecto, situado en zona inmejorable, con todos los servicios precisos. Repetiremos sin duda.

Week In Benidorm
Stayed for a week with the wife.Hotel staff very good in all departments.Location perfect for us but it can be a bit noisy at times due to the entertainment outside. Breakfast is good for an all inclusive hotel. Bar good choices of drinks. Air conditioned rooms great.

Fantastic as always
Just back from our stay and again another great holiday. Hotel is central to shops,pubs, restaurants etc and the staff are fantastic and always very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spotless I would highly recommend this hotel its like my 2nd home and I have already booked for November. ☺️

Things Appear to be Improving.
We have been coming to the Riudor for years, over 25 visits averaging 3 a year, but honestly the last 3 years have been disappointing with a total waste of space in charge of entertainment. Thankfully he appears to have been found out and Sherri has returned and things have dramatically improved there are even day time activities now, where Nobby never turned up and hid. Our 2 week stay was great, met some old and made some new friends. We think the food is good, especially the gazpacho at lunchtime. Great staff with special mention to the big fellow with the beard sorry I didn’t get your name and the stand in manager who were great at serving our drinks quickly and with a smile. Cristian and his staff also doing great in the bar, and special mention to hope I get this right Almedia and the other young lady on reception who were brilliant and helped us with a couple of minor problems and also to rearrange our next visit at new year, all the staff are brilliant but a very special mention to Sherri for keeping things going, improving the various acts and we hope upper management realise how hard you work, especially trying to control foul mouthed drunks trying to impress there chav girlfriends and shouting whilst the entertainment is on…Maybe they should get the bouncers from the Red Lion…lol…only kidding, but where’s Paco when you need him..Another sadly missed member of staff enjoying retirement. Well that’s it for now thanks for a great holiday see you soon, New Year, And waiting for Black Friday to book our next 3 stays with you..Our Second Home.

Riudor Experience
Spent 2 weeks here. Our second home. Just a great friendly hotel with obliging staff, great facilities, and spot on location if you like the bright lights. Fantastic holiday and hopefully one of many more.

Hotel riudoy
Although the hotel, staff, cleanliness etc are excellent, the food over the last year has gone down hill in my estimation. The breakfast is excellent but the evening meals are ok if you like boiled rice because most of the food is curry etc
