Excellent hotel
Had a lovely stay at the Med Playa, Rio Park in Benidorm. The staff were great, entertainment was good and there was always a great selection of food to suit all tastes. I booked directly with the hotel and it was much better value. The rooms were nice and beds were made every day with clean towels. Cant fault anything and will definitely stay here again.

Could not fault it
The Staff, the Hotel, the whole experience was excellent. The food is always going to be an issue when people want british food, but you are in Spain, that being said there was always a good variety and always something to eat. We went in March, but they still had staff on during the day getting the guests involved in various games and activities, and it was good to either join in or just to watch, as the staff were excellent and funny. There was evening shows on, and they had the football in in the sports bar area, the lifts sometimes had a small wait, but please bear in mind when everyone wants to use them all together there are always going to be slight delays, just try and vary your times, for meal times etc. When we checked out they even gave us a bag with bottled water crisps and apples in to assist on out journey home, what a Very Nice Touch ! Would def stay here again, and I always try and book the Medplaya hotels direct as its always better value for money

Once again top notch
What can say 5yrs in a row speaks volumes cant fault it 4 in a room loads of space, the food is spot on the staff second to none well be booking for next soon as the flights are out.. Thanks very much for another great weekend regards Colin

Good Hotel Shame about Food
I have stayed at this hotel quite a lot over the years and although the hotel itself is ok the food has massively gone down hill.The evening meal is Luke warm at best and the choice is very limited.

Rio park
La estancia cómoda y las habitaciones amplias, el personal muy agradable, el buffet esta muy bien con variedad de comida, lo único malo q le pongo son los horarios de entrar y salir del buffet, por lo demás muy bien

Best Hotel
I have been staying here for years wouldn’t stay anywhere else I feel safe, rooms are beautiful and so clean, reception staff fantastic especially Sharon and Maria, bar staff could be a bit more friendlier!! Manager is a really nice man and Juan in the dining room is so lovely he’s been at the hotel for years always remembers me xxxx

LOVELY
I honestly cannot find any faults with this hotel. Had a really great time. Ate at breakfast and evening times and the food was superb, better in fact than a much more expensive hotel we stayed in recently on the sea front. Overall, for a holiday in Benidorm this is the place. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Family holiday
We decided to do a last minute family holiday. We found it to be a lovely stay with excellent service from reception helping us with our booking and check in was quick and easy. We had a family room which had loads of space for us all. This is some times a worry when there’s 4 in a room but definitely wasn’t a problem here. All of us enjoyed the food ,there was something for everyone. We are very glad we decided to pick this hotel.
