rio park 5th june 2016 1 week stay
was surprised on arrival to find my request from over 6 months ago for no higher than the 4th floor to be allocated room 826 as I have had both knee replaced so not being able to get a lift for breakfast for 25 mins was not good.Also we had noisy guest above us who had children with no respect for other guest, apart from these 2 issues had a good break but may not return to Rio Park as when ever I have requested a low floor they have done so but this time to be on the 8th floor I was not happy and seeing as my request was 6 months ago I could not be sure that if I were to rebook the same thing would happen.I have always reviewed rio park as really good but not this time

Cosas que mejorar
Solo tengo un pero, hay trabajadores cara al publico animadores que no hablan español ¿Benidorm sigue siendo españa? Por lo demás solo pase una noche alli, habitacion limpia y comoda, bufette surtido

very good hotel
Great hotel with great staff and very welcoming. Best to get room overlooking pool. Cheap bar prices and great entertainment.

great stay
Booked Club room - very impressed. Food was good - excellent choice. Most staff very friendly & polite - particularly pool bar staff. Plenty of sunbeds available. Animation team were excellent - all shows were of a very high standard. For a 2 star hotel very good.

Another Great Holiday
We have been coming to the Rio Park since 2007. We stayed in the new Club rooms12th floor which are very nicely furnished. Included in the room are hair dryer and fridge. Walk in shower is great and modern. Nice bottle of wine and chocolates in the room when we arrived. Food was very good and lots of choice. Entertainment has improved greatly with some very good shows and artist. My only little moan is that for the extra money for the club room I thought they would give free wifi. There is free snail wifi in the reception area but to get it in the room you have to pay 15 euros for the week. Not a major issue though. All in all another great stay at the Rio Park. Thanks

Just a 2 day stay
Good variety of food. big pool area to lie in the sun. Beer prices very good. only there 2 days but never had to leave and had a relaxing break
