The gala night,Friday was excellent,you got a glass of cava This was the only time cava was given The food on the rest of the days was dire,no steaks,no prawns,value for money was poor The room was really nice,upgrade The entertainment in the hotel is not as good as a few years ago The price of wine,cava has shot up ,suppose the tourists have got to pay for renovations In summarise ,the hotel is not good value for money

The Hotel normally scores very well for food and for value for money so we are sad to learn that you did not find this to be the case. September break

The room was very modern and clean. We were staying in the club rooms and were definitely worth the extra money. The staff were very helpful from reception to bar and restaurant,but a special mention has to be for the entertainments team who were all amazing especially Nacho.

Enterainment Poor due to outdoor sound quality

We thought the quality of the sound outdoors was very poor when the entertainment was held in the main lounge earlier it was much better. The girl who looked after our rooms Chelo was brilliant.

Club Rooms

Another short stay at the Rio Park marred only by having to go down to reception three times to ask for the Club Room amenities to be supplied. Surely these should be put in the room automatically! Also, if you dont bring a towel with you as you are planning on making use of the Medplaya towels for around the pool, please note that you cannot get these between the hours of 12 noon and 5pm - very inconvenient!

The pool attendant is available to collect towels in the morning and early evening, outwith his hours the reception can provide towels for anyone who needs them. dissapointing room

cant fault the hotel for anything else except the room we were allocated 128.our view was looking out on to the roof of the bar underneath,and a minimal view of the pool .I had requested a high floor ,the room was in need of a good updating. We were very disappointed to say the least, after paying over 900 euros for our stay.

Perfecto menos los espectaculos

El hotel esta muy bien, la comida buenisima, tanto el desayuno como la cena. Las instalaciones super bien todo limpio , el unico problema que veo es que todos los espectaculos TODOS son en ingles, entiendo que vallan muchos ingleses pero por lo menos 1 espectaculo en español, el unico que hablaba en español era tom un chico encantador pero los demas nada. El hotel nos encanto, nos quedamos trabados en el ascensor y nos sacaron muy rapido, todo perfecto. Si no fuera por los espectaculos seria un hotel de 10

Top stay!!

Had another great stay at rio park for Bank Holiday long weekend its never long enough! Had lovely superior room again on 10th floor & breakfasts are great! This was my 3rd time this year & Im back here again in 6 weeks so that says it all x

Excelentes vacaciones

Nos ha encantado todo, lo pasamos genial. La animación para los peques y mayores estupenda, muy divertida, eso sí en inglés, una manera de practicarlo en España. Es BeniYork, por lo exagerado en todo. Pero el hotel es familiar y se respeta los horarios de descanso. Repetiremos.
