Dear Irene, Although we are pleased to know that you once again had an overall good stay at the Flamingo Oasis, we are disappointed that some of our other guests had a negative impact on your stay. Please be assured that the hotel did all they could to control the behaviour of these guests but there are protocols and procedures to be followed, especially when involving children, and the staff cannot deal with certain situations any way they prefer unfortunately.
