Last Minute Short Break

Pleasantly surprised after reading mixed reviews on Trip Adviser. We booked a club room and had a great view, beds comfortable, towels enormous! Room was lovely, spotlessly clean. Enjoyed the lounge on the 24th floor. Too cold for the pool on the roof but imagine it would be fabulous in Summer. The food was great, also the wine. Our waitress she was there at every meal for the whole 3 days was great, always smiling, very efficient and professional. English bacon would be nicer but thats just me being picky. We enjoyed the Grease show too, Im sure lots of work went into it. Showaddywaddy Gold were on after and they were great too. The night after there was 2 singers, they were very similar though. All in all, a great few days away.

Top hotel

This place made us smile right from the start, as soon as you walk through the doors. We stayed in one of the Club rooms, very well set out and clean. Bottle of wine on the table was a nice touch and water in the fridge. Top floor is a manned bar with pool exclusive to the club rooms no kids, floor below 24 is amazing, your own bar with ample spirits and beers and mixers in the fridges below. Open from 9.00am till 12.00pm nice seating area there too, outside and in. Food was very nice and a large selection too. Staff are all very nice and friendly especially the lady in the club section who was very hard working. We will be going back to this place. Location is very good, you can stroll down to the beach in about 15 mins, Benidorm palace is 5 mins up the same road and a must to see. Entertainment was also very good with plenty of choice. Flamingo room with a party type atmosphere, the piano room with nice easy listening entertainment or just chill in the ample seating area nr the bars. All in all one of the best we have stayed in Benidorm. A+ from me and well worth its star rating.

MIXED FEELINGS

FIRST TIME IN THIS HOTEL AND I BOOKED FOR A GROUP OF 12 ROOMS WERE LOVELY AND MAIDS WERE EXCELLENT WE WERE DISAPPOINTED WITH ONLY 1 BAR AREA BEING OPEN DURING THE DAY WHICH WAS AT THE ENTRANCE AND LIKE HAVING A DRINK IN THE MIDDLE OF A SHOPPING MALL. THERE WAS NO BAR ON THE POOL LEVEL AND NOT MANY TABLES ETC FOR US TO SIT OUT AND ENJOY THE WINTER SUN WHICH WAS LOVELY THE ONLY WAY TO GET A DRINK HERE WAS TO GO BACK TO THE UPPER BAR AND THEN EXCHANGE 2 VOUCHERS FOR A DRINK IN PLASTIC GLASSES. NOT A PROBLEM WITH THE PLASTIC BUT A LONG WALK EVERY TIME TO GET A DRINK. A BAR AT THE POOL SHOULD BE PROVIDED EVEN IF FOR A LIMITED TIME DURING THE DAY. WE WENT ALL INCLUSIVE AND I FEEL THE DRINKS WERE OF A POORER QUALITY TO MOST OTHER PLACES WE HAVE STAYED IN ALL INCLUSIVE FOOD WAS PLENTIFUL AND THEY ALWAYS HAD A CARVERY JOINT AVAILABLE WHICH WAS ALWAYS LOVELY HOWEVER QUITE A BIT OF THE FOOD WAS A LITTLE COLD AND HAD TO BE RE HEATED IN THE MICROWAVE ESPECIALLY AT BREAKFAST IE TOMATOES AND BEANS ETC. ON THE WHOLE WE HAD A PLEASANT STAY. BREAKFAST DIDNT OPEN UNTIL 8 AND THERE WAS NO WHERE TO GET EVEN A CUP OF COFFEE IF YOU WERE UP EARLY. AS SMALL AREA COULD BE PROVIDED FOR THIS WITH CROISSANTS OR TOAST FOR THE EARLY BIRD. OTHER PLACES WE HAVE STAYED HAVE ALSO HAD SNACKS DURING THE DAY AFTER THE MEAL TIMES FOR THOSE WHO DIDNT GET TO BREAKFAST LUNCH OR DINNER.

Great hotel

Great food, great entertainment a couple of staff made our stay even better Jose and Marco were great with us they talked to us made us laugh not like some of the staff that didnt even speak

No ha estado mal

Pues en cuanto a limpieza e instalaciones, la única queja que tenemos es que en nuestra habitación una de las almohadas estaba con un roal sucio nada más abrir la cama, y en la ducha, avisamos de que casi nos quedamos con la grifería en la mano porque estaba suelta de la pared. La chica de recepción nos dijo que subirían los técnicos pero en 3 días no subió nadie a verlo. Por lo demás la habitación bien. En cuanto a la comida, siendo un 4, hemos echado de menos algún zumo natural en el desayuno y en las comidas que hubiera algún plato que se hiciera al momento a la plancha o algo así. Por lo demás, bien. El personal simpatiquísimo y el hotel es bonito.

Gran estancia

En general me ha gustado todo y seguro que repetiremos. Por decir algo mejorable sería el que no hubiera enchufe al lado de la cama para cargar el móvil u otros dispositivos Reseñar especialmente la amabilidad del personal, especialmente de Luisa en la zona club del restaurante.
