Agradable
Estancia agradable, habitación amplia con una terraza grande, espacio suficiente para dejar colocada toda la ropa, la piscina climatizada muy bien, comida bastante correcta

El personal excelente y la comida también
El trato del personal excelente recepción, camareros, metre, cocineros, limpiadoras, todos. La comida también muy bien y la habitación muy completa y amplia. La relación calidad-precio excelente. He puntuado más bajo la animación porque todo es en inglés no sé inglés. Las actuaciones me gustaron, pero claro, cuando hablaban o comentaban no entendíamos nada. A pesar de ello, volveremos!!

Easter 2022 - 5 night break
Some of the bar staff were rude and food was repetitive at times. Day time entertainment not well advertised and some acts at night quite poor. Entertainment staff were good for kids and later on but external acts could be better. Room was great but AC was poor but overall what we paid we did get our monies worth. Would go back just needs a few tweaks.

Disfrute total!!!
Hemos tenido unas muy buenas vacaciones. Es un hotel en el que casi todo el mundo que está hospedado es gente inglesa, pero uno se integra muy bien. Los empleados del hotel y los camareros son super amables. La animación genial, los chicos se lo curran mucho, sobre todo al traducirlo todo. La comida el desayuno siempre es el mismo pero en las comidas varía, hay zona de asados y otra de fritos. La habitación muy grande, aunque por poner pegas hacia frío en las habitaciones y el wifi no funcionaba, tampoco en todo el hotel, y las almohadas eran muy incómodas. La piscina climatizada estaba bien, pero para mi gusto se maxificaba de gente, no estaba muy caliente y al salir te helabas. El hotel está a 10 min o por ahí de la playa, pero para dar un paseo está muy bien. Tampoco ha hecho día de playa, así que no lo hemos echado en falta la playa. En general hemos tenido un gran estancia Y mi hijo ha salido encantado, en cuanto podamos volveremos seguro.

Great Hotel, Food good but repetative
In all we had a good stay here. Unfortunately after our first night the cleaner lost my sons teddy which hed had since birth. After speaking with the reception staff it quickly became apparent that communication between shifts was very poor as some members on reception had no idea that it was missing or had even been reported despite us going to reception every day for updates. We had to leave after 8 nights without it which was very disappointing and put a slightly sour spin on our holiday. Other than that the food was decent and well cooked the selection of drinks and friendly barstaff were brilliant and the entertainment was class. The pool, both indoor and outdoor were fantastic. We still hope the hotel will contact us when they find my sons monkey.

Club restaurant
We have stayed here many times in the club rooms but we were very disappointed with where the club restaurant is now situated as where a lot of other customers. The entrance to the club restaurant is ridiculous where it’s situated and if we waited in the other queue we only got dirty looks if we went to the front. Felt uncomfortable.

The new entrance to the Club area is on -1 outside the lifts so there is no need to now queue up with guests that are not in Club rooms.
