Excellent as usual

This is our 10th visit to the Hotel Bali. Excellent service, wonderfully attentive and courteous staff. The food was also excellent. We shall be back!

Fabulous Hotel

We had another wonderful stay at the Bali during October. As ever the staff are amazing keeping us well fed and watered and nothing is too much trouble for them. The room was spotless on arrival and it continued that way all week, the location is right in the heart of everything you need. Although at the moment travelling is a little difficult all the staff kept us well at ease and all the best protection was applied. We felt well at ease during our stay. Needless to say we will be returning many times in the future.

Good and bad points

Great holiday will be back entertainment way too loud could not hear ourselves talking the worst was hill up to hotel but we managed and got taxis

Great holiday

Bali Hotel certainly adhered to covid regulations. Hand sanitisers all through the hotel and it was obligatory to wear a mask except when eating or drinking at a table in the bar. Felt very safe there.

Great Hotel

I love everything about this Hotel, except the entertainment in the Ballroom which is extremely loud and unnecessarily so ,Im afraid that I do not drink in the Ballroom because of the noise, hope you can rectify, John Gorman

Bali

There are a lot of snagging issues to look at. The family suites are to me need a lot of attention. The steps from the bedroom to the kitchen area are very dangerous. Black tiles cannot bee seen easily and tripped a couple of times. Because of covid seating at the bar has lost atmosphere. Not being able to interact with the fabulous bar staff disappointing. Breakfast needs a bit more variety. We have stayed here more than 12 times and we thought it has lost some of its appeal. Such a shame as we love the Bali. Laura is a gem. Staff really good. Food good quality but needs a new look, especially breakfast. No more happy hours a shame.

Great for Family

You shloud put some glasses or cups into the all inclusive snack bar area. Unfortunatelly swimming pool is around 19:00 closed and you cannot swim in evening. Otherwise everything was great!
