Muchas colas para el ascenso, la comida en un todo incluido muy repetida el cerdo la limpieza en la habitación y los insectos las hormiga por el suelo un poco caótico. Para no volver mas .

Hemos estado como en familia todo súper perfecto la verdad q mucha calidad para un tres estrellas lo único que la salsa de la pasta no sabe a nada pero por todo súper encantados ! Ah otra cosita la cosa mal para aparcar los coches por lo demás bien todo ! Repetiremos

Family break

We had a nice x4 night stay at the hotel. But a few things could have been better . We were a family of 4 squeezed into a very small room with 3 single beds and a cot so we had no room to move by the time we had our luggage and double pram in the room ! Lots of banging into things trying to move around ! We booked the superior double room . There are big signs by the pools saying no reserving sun beds but every morning we would arrive just after 10 before the pools open at 10.30 and 99 of the beds would be reserved, many of them left unused until after lunch at 3pm ! There is no one monitoring this . I had to sit under a bush with my 6 month old baby as there was no shade available all reserved . You can’t reserve parking so there was no parking available when we arrive, we drove around for 45mins to eventually find a space to squeeze into, we then spent the whole daynight worrying about the car getting scratched. We managed to get access to the on-site parking the next day . Apart from that we enjoyed our family holiday , our son loved the splash pool. All staff were lovely and work extremely hard. The entertainment staff did not stop from 10.30am to 11pm , there is always something going on, they work very hard and it didn’t go unnoticed!

Espectacular relación calidad-precio. Impresionante, hotel con más de 1300 clientes al mismo tiempo. El servicio y la calidad, siempre intacta, así como la limpieza. Gracias por todo!

vacaciones

El hotel está muy bien las instalaciones. Para mi a destacar el servicio de comedor tanto la buena organización como la amabilidad del personal. Reserve directamente con medplaya y hubiera agradecido que me indicaran que no nos aconsejaban la habitación estándar para 2 adultos, 1 niño y un bebé, habitación cómoda para dos personas, tres como mucho, no nos cabía ni el cochecito. El personal de recepción también muy amables. Camas cómodas en habitación y comida rica. Lo peor la espera para coger los ascensores, la mayoría de las veces íbamos con el carrito a cuestas.

Servicios del hotel pesimos ya que las instalaciones son muy pequeñas para el gran número de habitaciones que tiene . Las animaciones pésimas … la música no se escucha desde ninguna ubicación
