Great location & accommodation

The Bali is a great place to stay, our accommodation in the Bali 3 apartments was very spacious and comfortable, overlooking the Bali 3 swimming pools, including the kiddies pool. There was not as many children there at this time of year as there would be during the summer so the Mini Club was not really open. The animation team did a good job trying to include all the young children during the evening entertainment but unfortunately they cancelled the junior disco mid week which was a shame. They no longer have a games room for teenagers either. We have stayed in the Bali on previous occasions and chose it this time because we had a young child in our group so we were a bit disappointed that children were not better catered for. Household staff were very good, bar staff might benefit from additional training in customer care, reception staff were very helpful. Free WiFi is available in the reception area only - it did not seem to work even in the bar next door and you need a separate password for each device. If you want internet access in your bedroom you can buy a weekly package for €15 but it only works on one device at a time, so it could work out very expensive if you have a few people staying in the same room with a number of devices. We would recommend this hotel to others & will return again ourselves.

Family stay

Just back from a week staying in the Bali. Had a great time, daughter 3 loved the pool and kids entertainment. Only complaint is that the kids night entertainment stopped mid way through the week which was very disappointing. I understand the hotel needs to accommodate all its customers but I do think that if the kids disco was moved from 8:30 to maybe 7:30 instead of being cancelled it may have worked a lot better.

Overall enjoyable hotel

Nice hotel during two nights stay - two different rooms as we couldnt figure out the travel plan initially. The suites in the third building are quite a nice walk away in what initially seems a maze. The room itself was great. The second room was simpler and smaller but offered yet nice views and comfortable sleep. Lots of options to relax by the hotel area itself as well but similarly services start just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. Would consider staying again.

Back Again

What can I say, brilliant again will be coming back again next year. Great value for money staff brilliant very accommodating especially the restaurant staff. visit this hotel twice again next year.

holiday at Bali

I stay at the Bali every year and every year I have a wonderful holiday. The staff are so helpful and friendly and always make me feel welcome. Also, there is a good selection of food at meal times. There is always a relaxed atmosphere whether it is inside the hotel or out by the pools, and the rooms are kept clean every day.

Enjoyable stay

Had a nice 5 days in october,we paid extra for the premier suite which was very nice we were given a room on the 8th floor which had the sun all day also enjoyed the bottle of wine and cakes.It was also nice and quiet The air conditioning was poor could not get room cool. The food at the hotel I thought was average for all inclusive and drinks were not really alcoholic,I had about 6-7 vodka cokes one night should of felt it, but had no effect and service was hit & miss. The premier included wifi but you can only connect one phone at a time and when we woke the day we were leaving at 7am we were already disconnected. Bar staff were not the happiest except for Alex but could not fault the reception staff. Overall Averge but good enough to return again

Banalmadena Bali

Polecam hotel pod kazdym wzgledem ,w przedziale 3 gwiazdkowym lepszego hotelu nie ma.Mam ma mysli cena,polozenie hotelu,personel ,czystosc.
