Very impressed
This hotel is quite old but is in remarkable condition and I understand a refurbishment programme commences in the new year. It caters for adults only, and is really handily placed for everything in the Levante area, and only one block away from the Prom Beach. Drinks are reasonably priced for a hotel and club rooms have everything you need including free wifi and safe, and although well decorated, they are on the small ish size. Food is brilliant and not done on the cheap with fantastic cuts of meat and great selection. The odd breakfast item was only warm but I just popped it into the microwave, and problem solved. I always look out for the microwave when I go somewhere to make the food hotter if only warm. Those who complain about food must be really fussy as there is loads of different options for starters, mains and deserts. Great choice of breakfasts - continentalfull english. This hotel appears to cater mainly for the English which probably explains the food served. We were half board but all types of board up to AI, and you can fill your boots on drinks and food if you go AI. This is a very old traditional Spanish type of hotel, and reminds me of when I first went to Spain back in the 70s, but it really is in great condition and makes a nice change from ultra modern hotels these days. Ignore negative reviews, this is a great hotel.

Impresión de mi estancia
El trato del personal, ha sido amable. Tanto el bufete, como la animación por las noches, dedicado casi exclusivamente al cliente Inglés por lo que nos encontramos totalmente desplazados.

EXCELLENT
EXCELLENT STAFF, FOOD VERY GOOD ALWAYS A VARIED CHOICE & KEPT TOPPED UP CHEF ALWAYS IN ATTENDANCE TO CLEAN UP ANY SPILLAGES & MAKE SURE FOOD WAS PRESENTABLE, HAD PROBLEMS WITH OUR ROOM KEYS NOT WORKING AFTER 2ND TIME TIAH RECEPTION WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP US & CHANGED US TO ANOTHER ROOM & WAS SO APOLOGETIC FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED VERY NEXT NIGHT SHE RETURNED TO CHECK EVERYTHING WAS TO OUR SATISFACTION & GAVE US A LARGE PLATTER OF FRESH FRUIT & A BOTTLE CHAMPAGNE. ALL MEMBERS OF STAFF THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL. WERE VERY POLITE & HAPPY TO HELP. WOULD NOT HESITATE TO STAY AT THE RIUDOR IF WE ARE BACK TO THIS PART OF BENIDORM.

great stay
We are regular visitors to Med Playa. Only one gripe sheets are a bit small for beds and don´t tuck in on deep mattresses. I am a restless sleeper and sheets move and crease up making sleep more difficult. Only my problem husband slept well. We are booking again ASAP.

Holiday review
love the refurbished rooms, very comfortable. Think the main lounge could do with decorating and updating. Entertainment OK but basic.

Excellent
Booked in for 5 nights for €320 . We were allocated a club room which was amazing . Food was of good standard but not much choice for desserts . Staff were brilliant but entertainment aimed at old people.

Superb
We were introduced to the Hotel Riudor 3 years ago. And we have just returned from our 3rd holiday there . Yet again excellent service , lovely rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. My wife and i love this hotel so much that our booking for next year is already made

holiday
had a fab time at the hotel riudor .reception and staff were very good.food was good .the room was good .its in the lively part of Benidorm which is what we wanted. we would go back there again.
