Fantastic holiday
We have stayed quite a few times at the riudor but never at Xmas needless to say we will be back what a fantastic day everyone in high spirits food was fantastic show team singing carols lovely day

great night
Boked last minute for 1 night. Reception was very happy and welcoming. Great location, rooms where spotless and food had a great choice. Very impressed. Will certainly look for this hotel first on next visit to Benidorm. Thank you to everybody

A wonderful sta
We arrived early and was greeted with welcome and told our room was ready, we had a club room and the facilities were superb, could not fault anything, the staff very pleasant, good selection of food and excellent location

Happy days
Only problem was with people dragging the chairs the floors being laminate the noise was bad at all times at night the walls being very thin it wasnt acceptable the chairs are very heavy so people cant lift them

De puente
El hotel y el personal muy bien, la comida bastante buena y variada,a lo unico que le pondría alguna pega es al ruido que había en las calles de al lado por los bares de copas, pero eso no tiene nada que ver con el hotel, en general pasamos un puente de Diciembre muy bueno. GRACIAS

la estancia en un principio era para una semana y la ampliamos a tres,todo estuvo perfecto. GRACIAS , GRACIAS POR LA ATENCION RECIBIDA por absolutamente todos los componentes que dirigen las instalaciones desde recepción, limpieza, comedor,personal de cafeteria excepcional. se anticiparon a cualquier situación siempre. GENIAL GENIAL GENIAL. RECOMENDAMOS 100 VOLVEREMOS ..SALUDOS PARA TODOS...JAIME...MELISA... JUAN...ANTONIO..PACO...LEJI...PERSONAL DEL COMEDOR ...Y COMO NO....SIMON.

Well-priced central hotel
Overall a good choice in central Benidorm . Reception staff excellent with check-in very easy . Rooms were immaculate and person cleaning room Maora also excellent . Staff in restaurant very good and very helpful . Bar-staff not so helpful and seemed a real effort to serve customers . Might be worth giving some instruction on how to smile !! All-inclusive deal was OK but some issues . Asked for bottle of water at 00:05 . NO...All-inclusive finished . Had to pay 1:40 euros . How petty !! Charged 2 euros for Grouse whisky as not included in deal . Grouse in my book is just ordinary whisky and should be include in deal . If bar-staff and bar offerings were a bit better then this would be an excellent choice rather than very good .

A great location
The hotel is centrally placed and clean and modern. The food is fine, if a little plain for us. Drinks were not too expensive. A few of the staff were friendly and helpful but most did not appear over friendly. We did not go to much of the entertainment ,apart from the comedian , which we were not impressed with. There is lots of entertainment nearby.

Lovely stay
Stayed for a week with my 2 sisters and we loved the hotel . Location is on the door steps to all the entertainment and all local services. The staff were very present and always a smile to greet you. The room are very modern and the nicest we have stayed in since going to Benidorm wihice is our fifth visit. We thought the noise was going to be an issue at night but when the doors are closed we didn’t hear.a sound . Will definitely be going back on our next visit .
