Great long weekend
Stayed as part of a group of seven friends and we all loved our stay. Hotel was spotlessly clean, rooms were spacious and staff friendly. We didn’t experience the food or entertainment so can’t comment on those but I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

EXCELLENT
Felt like a change from our usual hotel so tried here. So glad we did. EXCELLENT in every respect. Food plentiful with great variety. Of course it can never be hot enough - no hotel can achieve that. BEST English breakfast I have had in a Spanish hotel. Fortunate to have booked a recently refurbished room - they might have problems later when the white paint gets scuffed and marked. VERY modern, bright, quiet, VERY clean. Bed - a bit cheap and the wheels at the wall side need to be fastened down somehow. Excellent showerbathroom - although the water can leak out. Staff in restaurant - mostly friendly but some need to be more friendly - but then clearing up all the left over food from some people would make me frown. Manager or Duty Manager VERY hands-on - always visible, always approachable.

Enjoyable
Its the 2nd time we have stayed at the Rio Park & we have enjoyed it both times. Next year will be even better after the revamp.

great hotel
overall we had an excellent stay room was great food was also great as was location my only problem was 11 floor am not comfortable with hights but a great hotel will definitly be back

No volveré nunca
Entiendo que no es un hotel enfocado a personas jóvenes nacionales pero la habitación que me dieron estaba por debajo de los estándares de un hotel. Mobiliario en muy mal estado, tamaño de la habitación muy pequeño y nada acogedor. Reservé dos noches porque quería dormir durante el día y no fui capaz de dormir más de dos horas. Nunca volveré a quedarme en un Medplaya.

Hola Jose, Nos decepciona saber que su estancia en el Rio Park no cumplió con sus expectativas. En las paginas web puede encontrar información y fotos sobre los diferentes tipos de habitaciones que ofrecemos. Las individuales son muy pequeños. AS good as it has always been!
We have stayed at this hotel many times, the first being in 1976!! Why do we keep going back ? It has everything that we need for a great break, and with the refurbishment taking place the facilities and rooms get better every trip. MedPlaya group seriously know what they are doing and this hotel is reserved by us for June 2019 after its closure and total refurbishment.

Great hotel
We had a great long weekend here we stayed in a superior room which was really stylish and modern, comfy beds great bathrooms with walk in shower. The food was excellent so was the pool area loads of sun beds. The staff were really helpful and friendly the hotel is a short stroll to the main square all in all a fab hote. The only thing I would say is the rooms could do with a mirror above the dressing table. We will definitely be back and will recommend to all our friends

Great time
We have stayed at this Hotel for a number of times and have always enjoyed our stay the food good along with the staff clean and we would like to have more entertainment in the connections bar at night the entertainment was only on for a hour
