Great Hotel.
In my view this hotel is the best in Benidorm it’s spotlessly clean I’ve stayed there 5 times now and I can’t wait to go back again this year. Frida is fantastic she did a great job booking my holiday. The reception staff were amazing and they sorted anything I asked them too.The food and the restaurant staff was amazing I just wish they had English bacon for breakfast. The bar staff were fantastic very polite and friendly. The maids were very polite and friendly. I can’t fault this hotel at all I will always go back there. It’s fantastic. Cheers ????.

FANTASTIC HOTEL ????????.
This hotel is the best in Benidorm I tell everyone about it. We’ve stayed there 5 times now and enjoyed every second. From the moment you walk in you can smell the cleanness then you go to reception and book in without any problem. Everyone is happy to help Frida was fantastic she booked the hotel for us no need for any travel agents. The restaurant staff was fantastic very friendly and chatty the whole bar staff were great ???????? the room cleaner’s do a great job always polite and friendly the security is great ????. There is nothing bad I can say about this hotel I love being there and I can’t wait to go back again this year.

Fantastic Service
We’ve just returned from another great holiday at this fantastic hotel. Wonderful welcoming staff, the hotel is spotlessly clean all over, our room was superb as usual and kept clean by the hard working cleaning staff. The entertainment was good, Shari was brilliant with the children. The restaurant spotless, the food is good, the carvery’s I only wish there was hot rice pudding again. All the usual staff Tao the only waiter I know by name and the wonderful Marcel restaurant manager. Finally, a thank you to reception staff and all the bar staff, Also, the security keeping us all safe. A special thank you to Frida guest relations. Thanks again .

Fantastic Service
We’ve just returned from another great holiday at this fantastic hotel. Wonderful welcoming staff, the hotel is spotlessly clean all over, our room was superb as usual and kept clean by the hard working cleaning staff. The entertainment was good, Shari was brilliant with the children. The restaurant spotless, the food is good, the carvery’s I only wish there was hot rice pudding again. All the usual staff Tao the only waiter I know by name and the wonderful Marcel restaurant manager. Stay 16-Mar-24 to 26-Mar-24
Where do I start got check in ok but we where asked how we booked the club room for B&B fault of the website as we have friends nearby we decided to just go for B&B as we where meeting them quite a lot. room was lovely only disappointment was the sheet on the bed had marks on it, the coffee table was thick with grease and in the bath room two tiles where lose on the cleaning reported it was cleaned up straight away. The next morning that was when the issues started we where approached by the waitress looking for a red band went to the reception and they said you don’t get a wrist band for B&B then we went up to the roof top bar and the same issue how would we get up their without the key card. Then the next day the same thing happened and we talked to the girl that was over the amigo card and she was able to get it sorted .But we still felt out of sorts as we felt everyone was judging us that’s why we didn’t go down for breakfast much. As this is an English based hotel why is their no English bacon. The entertainment was not good in the 10 days we where their was only one good show COCO channel. I think you should have a wrist band for B&B as we felt single out the whole time as this put a dampener on our holiday as we where their to relax but it was anything but relaxing.

Buenos días. Hemos estado alojados durante toda la semana Santa. La limpieza del hotel en habitaciónes es escasa solo hacían las camas sin más y no fregaban en el baño y tampoco te cambiaban las tazas, las tenía que lavar yo en el lavabo del baño. Si ven alguna camiseta en la silla te abren el armario y te la cuelgan cosa que no deberían ni de tocar y si tienes algún papel encima de la mesa se encargan de tirarlo directamente a la basura cosa que no deberían de tocar porque te tiran cosas que valen. Tienen en la azotea una piscina en la cual no puedes acceder si no tienes pulsera roja, es decir, haber pagado más por otra habitación y si vas con niños olvídate de subir que no está permitido, me gustaría saber en qué parte de la página web pone que no puedo acceder a dicha instalación. Las actividades para niños escasas, en la página web dicen que tienen actividad pero lo vi casi inexistente y era una de las cosas en las que me fijé antes de reservar para que mis hijos tuvieran actividades pero no pudieron hacer nada. El todo incluido me dejó sorprendida, la bebida es de grifo cosa que para lo que se ha pagado lo mínimo que se espera es que te puedan poner una bebida en condiciones de botellin. El tema de los snacks casi inexistente te sabe más rentable finalmente coger una pensión completa. Si bajas al restaurante a comer snack hay cuatro cosas y no tienen bebida.. El tema de la piscina cubierta es de risa, el agua está helada mantienen el ambiente a temperatura muy alta y el agua helada. No hay jacuzzi caliente el único que tiene es la piscina que está helada en la cubierta y no tiene fuerza. El hotel está hecho solo para extranjeros. La comida del buffet es muy repetitiva y poca variedad hay hoteles en los que he estado y que tienen estrellas inferiores que le supera con creces. El bar de las piscinas cerrado me gustaría saber en qué parte de la página web pone que está cerrado. Los snacks que tienes en la barra del bar solo es un cono de patatas y al mediodía galletas nada más. En la recepción que es donde está la barra de bar hay mucho ruido este hotel en plena temporada alta tiene que ser una locura. El aire de las habitaciones es muy ruidoso en verano con ese ruido no se podría ni dormir. Nos tocó una planta diez y hasta allí había hormigas en la habitación.

Personal espectacular
Fue todo muy muy bien si quieres no necesitas salir del hotel, tienen entretenimiento para todas las edades y prácticamente en todo momento y es marzo en verano tiene que ser una gozada aún así para nosotros el personal que trabaja y sobre todo en recepción ha sido espectacular super super agradables, atentos , empáticos, resolutivos , simpáticosas , un cielo de personas de verdad. Volvemos seguro. Flamingo oasis in love. Jaja. Lo recomiendo 100

Cada año mejor.
Llevo muchos años pasando temporadas en el hotel y eso es por que me parece estupendo. A destacar la simpatía de todos los empleados, la atención en recepción y lo bien y rápido que solucionan todo, la limpieza, la comida que nunca falta porque reponen continuamente, la animación y las estupendas instalaciones. Me encanta el buen ambiente que se respira en el hotel. Un 10 para todos, ya tengo reservada mi próxima estancia.

Great stay
We booked a club room 2304& must say the cleaning team kept our room spotless,the roof terrace was excellent as were the bar staff.Enjoyed the food especially the carvery. We see some good shows and they were always well advertised even in the piano bar which had a stand outside displaying the forthcoming acts. As a bonus the flimingo also shows premiership football which was great.we can’t wait to return.
